A product which consists of something of the minimum desired value by customers to keep customers satisfied is known as a minimum viable product (Vliet, 2020). This implies that some form of customer value is important for being provided to every customer for a product to become eligible for becoming a minimum viable product. It is important for every organization to ensure that there can be knowledge gained about such a type of product to enter into new or existing target markets. There has to be introduction of a new product done by ensuring that value is added to the product by some means. Innovation can be a major source of producing a product with minimum value (Vliet, 2020).
